MENTORSHIP
We believe the next generation of women in music deserves more than inspiration — they deserve access, guidance, and a real seat at the table. That's why we offer hands-on music mentorship for teen girls year round, from immersive songwriting camps to real world shadowing experiences at our showcases and studio sessions.
Girls learn directly from established femme artists, producers, engineers, and industry professionals, gaining practical skills in songwriting, live production, audio engineering, and the business of music business. But the work goes deeper than that. Our goal is to foster confidence, community, and a sense of belonging that stays with them long after the camp or showcase ends.
Because when a young girl sees herself reflected in the women on that stage and then stands on it herself, something shifts. We're not just building the next generation of women in music. We're making sure they know they've always belonged here.
CALENDAR OF MENTORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Mid-June or July - Push-Up Bra LA Studio Sessions
Girls and young women ages 13-21 can shadow at our next live studio sessions in North Hollywood, CA. They will participate in hands on production, which may include engineering, band setup, operating a control board, mixing with Avioms, and being present on a working film set. Applicants must arrive by 11:30am. Please email contact@pushupbra.la if you or your child is interested.
Aug 22nd - Live Music Event
Girls and young women ages 14-21 can volunteer at our next live music event taking place in Venice, CA. They will see what goes into running a live music event, and will have make it all come to life. Please email contact@pushupbra.la if you or your child is interested.
