In 2023, only 20% of Billboard Top 100 songs were written by women, and just 6.5% of producers were female. Our goal is to help significantly increase these numbers. To make an impact, we host 3-6 day all-women songwriting camps, with a goal to not only created incredible music but also built a strong sense of community and support. We wanted to go above and beyond to ensure everyone felt valued and appreciated - something that’s all too rare in this industry.

So far, we have hosted two camps: one in Los Angeles in partnership with She is the Music, and the other was an international camp in Limoux, France in partnership with sheWrites. These two camps brought together 63 producers and writers, creating over 60 hit worthy songs.

We look forward to hosting many more writing camps in the upcoming year!
